The brief
The Upper Usk Valley is an area in Wales to the west of Brecon and bounded by The Usk Reservoir, The Crai Reservoir, Penpont and Llandeilo’r-Fan in the north. The Upper Usk Valley Group is an open group dedicated to the promotion of social, economic, cultural and environmental vibrancy within the area.
Shortly after joining the group we volunteered to design a new website plus look after social media for the group.
Solution
We designed a new WordPress based website, which has to be balanced between serving visitors and residents of the area. We also handle hosting the site and the domain name.
Schedule
Work began on 12th March 2020 and the website was launched on 11th September 2020.
